Is there a subscription required? +
No. Pay-per-generation only. Add credits when you need them. There's nothing monthly to cancel.
What's the platform fee? +
20% on top of raw infrastructure cost. That's how FairStack pays for the dashboard, generation orchestration, asset storage, and support. No surcharge on the API — same prices everywhere.
What happens if I run out of credits? +
Auto-reload kicks in at your set threshold (default: when balance drops below $1, top up $10). You can disable auto-reload anytime from your settings.
Do unused credits expire? +
No. Your balance stays in your account until you spend it. We don't claw back unused balance.
Can I get a refund on credits? +
Refund any unused balance within 30 days, no questions asked. Partially-used balances are prorated.
Are outputs commercial-use? +
Yes. Every output is yours to use commercially. No tier-locked rights, no attribution required.
